Search for your high school and we build a live preview: your colors, mascot, every team you field, and how many games we can already sync.
Reserve it for $99
A $99 initiation deposit bootstraps your app and web presence — teams seeded, schedule sources connected, logo in place. Credited in full toward year one.
You become the admin
You get the keys: review what we found, invite coaches and helpers, and shape the content — all in your school-branded admin.
Go live for your season
We verify, activate, and your community downloads the app. The $1,101 balance is due at activation ($1,200/year all-in — $100/month billed annually). A single sponsor can often cover your costs.

Who is Playtime Schools for?
High school athletic departments and booster clubs that want to unite their community so they know when games are happening, how to follow them and where to get results and news.
Where do schedules and scores come from?
We use a range of inputs (some automated and some manual) to keep things current. Our job is to take something messy and make it easy.
Do families need a special app?
They download the free Playtime Schools app (iOS/Android) and select your school once. That turns the app into your school's app — your colors, logo, and teams, with notifications for the teams they follow. A web version covers everyone else. Fully dedicated white-label apps are available as an upgrade.
What does it cost?
First, you need to be a true representative of your school. We charge a $99 initiation deposit to build out your template (typically in under 24 hours) — credited in full toward your first year; the $1,101 balance is due when you go live. Annual plans start at $1,200/yr, with white-label apps and extras available. Your school stays private until you activate.
Who runs it day to day?
Typically a booster or an athletic director will oversee a project and then delegate as they see fit. We have permissions for various levels of authority in your admin panel.
